    Lightroom Classic: In the Develop Module, click the small + icon next to the Presets panel on the left and select Import. Select the .zip file you downloaded and the presets will appear in your Presets panel.

    Lightroom CC (Cloud): Click the Presets icon in the bottom right of the Edit panel (two overlapping circles). Click the three-dot icon at the top and select Import Presets. Select your .zip file.

    Photoshop (Camera Raw Filter): Open an image and apply the Camera Raw Filter (Filter > Camera Raw Filter). Click the Presets icon on the right panel, then the three-dot icon, and select Import Profiles and Presets. Choose your .zip file.
    These presets work with Lightroom Classic (version 7.3+), Lightroom CC (cloud version), and Adobe Camera Raw in Photoshop. They use the .xmp format which is the current standard for all Adobe photography apps.
